Hi, I’m Afshi — and I’ll be honest with you right from the start.

I don’t live in a perfectly styled home. I don’t have endless storage space, a professional cleaning crew, or a design budget that makes everything easy. What I do have is a genuine love for figuring out how to make a home work better — whatever that looks like in real life.

HomeWiseLife started because I couldn’t find the kind of content I was actually looking for. Most home blogs felt either too aspirational (beautiful, but completely unrealistic) or too generic (tips that work in theory but fall apart the moment real life gets in the way). I wanted something in between — practical, honest, and actually useful for the kind of home most people actually live in.

So I started writing it myself.
